Organize your emails with ease, with the ability to create folders and subfolders to better categorize your messages.

With email notification, you get an email to an alternate email address when you receive mail at your Encrypted-Mail address. You can also display the address of the sender in the notification.

Combine your different mail accounts with the ability to retrieval messags from external POP3 accounts.

Include a custom footer at the bottom of each of your messages. This is ideal for your business or personal information or even your own personal favorite quote.

With each email sent, you have the option to request a read receipt. When your email is read a customized email will be sent to you stating that your email has been read.

With an automatic reponse, you are able to send a custom email automatically to anyone who sends you an email. This is useful especially if you are going to be away for awhile.

All senders in the Allow list will bypass both the encrypted only filter and the sender verification system.

Backsplash protection prevents you from receiving "Undeliverable" error responses to emails that you did not send. It blocks any mail from a POSTMASTER or MAILER-DAEMON account unless you recently sent an email to their domain.

For example, if a spammer sends out emails that look like they came from you to a long list of email addresses @aol.com, many of those addresses won't exist. This will generate error emails that are meant to go back to the sender. However, since the original emails are forgeries and appear to come from you, the error messages will be sent to your email account, possibly flooding your Inbox with "Undeliverable" notifications. This problem is especially bad for people with very simple email addresses like "John@Encrypted-Mail.com" because spammers are more likely to use their addresses.

Backsplash protection reduces this problem by ensuring that you only receive an email from a POSTMASTER or MAILER-DAEMON account if you have actually sent out a mail to their domain.

Mail from senders in the block list will not be delivered. This list will override all other spam control features.

Anyone who is not in your allow list will not be able to send you email. The Sender will not recieve notification that the mail has been blocked, and will not be given an opportunity to be added to your Allow List.

This allows you to select what will be done with email messages that look like Spam or Junk Mail. You can choose to have them automatically deleted, placed in you Pending folder, or treated like normal email.

The Human Authenticator employs a method called "Challenge-Response" to authorize people who send email (the Sender) from an unrecognized address, allowing their mail be placed directly to your Inbox.

When you receive mail from a Sender not included in your Allow List, they will be sent an automatic response with a hyperlink to the Human Authenticator webpage. There, the Sender will be required to click on a link to be authenticated, and be added to your Allow List.
